isn't heartbroken a given by now?

you burn my tongue like hot tea
and the sugar I'd use to soothe the sting will only make my teeth fall out
and and and
ok
fuck, I've loved you for a long time
fuck.
I've loved you forever.
and fuck, I miss you
I miss your smiling eyes and I miss wishing your hand was in mine
this pain doesn't help me create anymore
instead it's just hollow, empty, echoing
and instead I feel like a firework with a broken fuse
the spark fizzles out halfway there
harmless, harmless
