At it Again

Your at it again

once again

tearing and clawing

ripping me to shreds

starting from the inside out

everything is falling apart

I feel like I ma trapped

in a downwards spiral

nothing can stop me

not even the medicine is helping

everything is tearing

completely destroyed

from the inside out

tears are falling

and the pain I am still bearing
