It Can Work

I just left school without experience,

I can't get a job without experience.

But I keep rising.

Like a bird in water, I'm freezing cold

And I feel overwhelmed when my life overloads,

But I rise out of bed and smile.

It's going to be a beautiful day

Because I know that when things don't go my way

I can rely on my friends and family

To always be there for me.

We talk and laugh and play

Until the day is far away.

I can work to love them.

I can work to be here.

I can work every day to be me.

I can work every day to be with them.

It works.
