It comes suddenly

it comes suddenly and leaves just as fast as it came.

but lately, it's been burrowing itself in my mind and causing a disruption.

it creates thoughts, unwanted, vile thoughts.

the thoughts swarm my head like bees protecting their precious Queen.

but instead of protecting, they're doing the complete opposite,

they're destroying.

they destroy everything in sight.

every happy memory.

every cheerful emotion.

it leaves nothing but a wrecked disarray.

nothing but dust.

nothing but melancholia and desolation.
