K indness makes us feel as warm as toast

I t can be as simple as a smile, a hello or a thank you

N o act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted

D idn’t it make your day when someone was kind to you?

N o time is a bad time to be kind

E xpect nothing in return

S o give someone a smile, it costs nothing but may brighten their day

S pread kindness and make a difference in the world
