Is It Enough

If i can capture the rush of the sea
Would it be easier to fall in love with me
If i can create lava from my hand
To melt the floor right where you stand
Would it be easier to fall in love with me

If my love was infinite as god made space
Would it be easier to see my face
For when I stay frozen, drifting in nothing
I constantly think of asking you something
Would it be easier to see my face

When the ground splits, and earth loses pride
Can i count on you to be at my side
For when the end steadily draws near
I seem to gravitate to my only fear
Can i count on you to be at my side

If we've lived a thousand lives and died a thousand times
Can you promise this time we'll be fine
For I've yet to experience my 1,001 life
With a future, a daughter, and a faithful wife
Can you promise this time we'll be fine

When the sky swells up and begins to cry
When god decides it's our turn to die
Will you give me hope for a better tomorrow
A tomorrow missing a world of sorrow
When god decides it's our turn to die

When our souls begin to fly free

Would it be easier to fall in love with me

When we go up to the happiest place

Would it be easier to see my face

And even soon after, we both have died

Can i count on you to be by my side

Maybe this time you'll be forever mine

But just promise me, this time we'll be fine
