It gets better
I don't see myself making it to high school graduation,
I'm nothing more than an abomination.
With pimply skin and frizzy hair, I guess I am just a scare.
Eyes full of sorrow and despair, I kind of just want to disappear.
Leave behind all the sin, just letting the Devil win.
Broken and battered, no time to unravel, what choice do I have
But to end the battle?
I made it to high school graduation.
I walked down the aisle, with a smile.
Wielding the sword, I slashed through the battle, desperately trying to free the sorrow.
I beat the Devil and burned his temple.
I stepped on his tail and earned my bail.
I see myself graduating from college.
With pimply skin and frizzy hair, nothing can ever compare.
Eyes full of flair, there's no harm in the air.
I no longer sin, God for the win.
Awoken and alive, I will forever strive, what choice do I have
But to continue the battle.
