It has to stop

Why..

The question, to which an answer  i never got

Chilling inside when you hear the 5 shots

see your youngin laying on the block

he was only thirteen

It has to stop

its  easy for everyone to point fingers and place blame

we cast stones to hide our own shame

the youth out here on the streets tryin to find a name

Outside after  hours on the clock

can't even go to public  parties anymore

This has got to stop

 where you at  parents?

take your children off the streets .

go before God on your knees

Let him intervene before your house turns into a crime scene .

lil cuz ..he was only thirteen

It has to stop

See, when you get to heaven and you stand before the thrown

it wiil be one on one , you and God alone .

I wish heaven had phones

so i could call you to tell you that we miss you at home

But we know God got you on top

 Your  memory will live on

but this gang violence...

It has to

STOP
