It is him

We all have that person The one who makes us cringe when they get near Or that one who brings true disgust When once they were the person you could never fear If you once considered yourself in love How could you just walk away You can't It is him who took all of your happiness away It is him who made you cry out time and time again It is him who you hate and despise And still yet it is him who you love until the end of time As woman and young girls why do we devote ourselves to these boys? Love! We all rely and feed on this one emotion It stirs us wrong but we never give up on it Why? We are emotional beings who do not believe in letting go Love. The one word in the dictionary that can cultivate years of happiness, hatred, anger, and sadness All at once! We all have that person Whose name we can't even fathom Whose pictures we still can't delete from our phones It is him Him and his conniving ways Him and his soft and gentle touch Him and his disrespectful attitude Him and his exploding laughter It is him It is him whom which us women loathe Yet, it is him whom which us women loathe to love
