It Kills
You wake up in bed,
It's killing you.
At breakfast,
It's killing you.
You work at a desk,
It's killing you.
You drive to and from work,
It's killing you.
You read a book,
It's killing you.
You log onto your computer,
It's killing you.
You sleep,
It's killing you.
It kills.
Hunched over,
Or 90-degrees,
No matter --
It's killing you.
It kills.
It reduces your blood flow,
It raises your blood sugar,
It drops good cholesterol,
It slows metabolism --
It's killing you.
It kills.
It greatly increases your risk of
Obesity,
Heart Disease,
Stroke,
Diabetes,
Cancer,
Premature death --
It's killing you.
It kills.
Activity,
Exercise,
Trying to make up for lost time --
Doesn't work.
It's still killing you.
It kills.
Sitting is killing YOU.
Value life?
Stand.
