It Never Ends.

I have this tendancy to

Fall apart sometimes.

When the banging in

My head

Becomes so loud,

I am drowning

In my thoughts that

Frighten me more than anything.

And the muffled shouts become

Ever so restrained.

The pounding and pounding and

Pounding

Seems to numb me.

And I am compressed in a

Restraint that is as heavy as my thoughts

That frighten me more than anything.

And I am trapped in my toxic mind,

And it seems as though

It never ends.
