It is relief

Athelets jam their heals into the ground, artists scrape thier bushes to the board, addicts indulge themselves, poets set their minds to the words they flow. We all have a way to release what is hiddin on the inside. We all have reason to need to release. Poetry flows and keeps the mind at ease. Eventually all that is tucked away is blanketing the pages that hold us together.
