It is Time

For your eyes only, I'm quiet and quaint
Within my soul, my voice is the thunder that shakes the sky
There's a pleasurable torture I feel from being concealed
What I am, who I am
I am the best kept secret
The world is so open and everyone knows
Mystery is lost and no longer known
I see you
I see all of you and all that you are
I wish I liked what I saw
No kind words no sweet gestures
No sharing of knowledge
No respect
Street littered, sky blackened
Filth and disgust flood the earth and flood your inner being
So content in the mess you made
There is a day coming quick
Where you will find out who I am
You will shake my hand
You will welcome the change
You will lower your high head in disbelief
You were blind
But now you see
Finally I am heard
Finally I am here
Finally
We come together
So close and so ready
Hands held tight
Clear sky
Change has arrived
