Is it true

That you are unlovable

If darkness has taken you over

If fear fills your soul

If you hear voices

That you cannot quiet

Is there no one

Who understands what it is like

To just barely get by

Every day

To get so close

to the breaking point

that you forget what is normal

is it true?
