It Was He Who Created Me.
You taught me to love passionately,
and for the first time stage fright was unfamiliar to me,
and I still can't explain that twist of delight
when we were in harmony.
My love lives on like the Dead Sea,
you're trapped in my heart amongst the useless debris,
it's easy to say I'm a hopeless devotee
but lately we're not at all what we were meant to be.
