It Won't Change
I know a girl who sits in the back of the class with her head down.
She dates a boy named troy who treats her like a toy.
Always wondering why she is being in that position.
Always smiling to her friends and saying she is okay.
She has a frown but no one notices.
She’s good at hiding it huh?
She smiles and laughs like any person, but deep inside she is giving up.
She doesn’t show how much she regrets everything.
How she would go back in time and never be born.
Slowly these thoughts swallow her whole.
She goes home with bloody wrist and a broken smile.
She says I’m sorry for not being the one you want.
I’m sorry for not being the way you want me to be.
I can only do so much for you.
I can only do so much to continue being happy. so….
She grabbed her daddy’s camera and goes to the den.
She found a rope and a chair.
Slowly she grabbed the remote hoping someone can come and stop her.
She presses the red dot and waits for the red light to blink.
Slowly she started to say some words to her once loved boyfriend.
“Lo siento..
No espero amor ni odio. Ya tengo bastante con mi dolor.
Me esperan los demonios.
Finally she presses the stop button. She sees the red light blink for the last time..
Just like her eyes saw darkness……..
She got up wondering what has happened.
She is surrounded by people crying..her mother, her father, her brothers her sister.
“She’s awake”
That's all her little sister says and everyone come rushing.
Her mom is yelling at her calling her stupid for trying.
Her father is crying, hugging her saying he is sorry for not being better.
Her little sister kept saying she thought she lost her best friend.
She keeps on yelling i’m sorry.
She keeps on calling herself stupid.
From this day she found her motivation.
She noticed that, not one guy will never bring her back down.
Because blood is thicker than water.
She found out that giving up is the worst choice..
Because she was never just a toy.
For the boy named troy.
