Is It Worth It?


Twelve years of age

Once a little innocent princess

Growing older each year

Blowing candles out, For what?

 

To

See how difficult life is

 

Birthday parties as big as the castle of her dreams

Chasing her dreams like the

Challenge of  breaking piñatas

Smiling for an instant

 

Then

Breaking her heart

 

Family like falling dominoes

Her head filled with bad memories

Feeling her heart racing quickly to end up in bed forever

Her future will be
