It's all because I love you

Because I love you,

I will laugh at your jokes

even when they are not funny.

I will let your win any argument

even when I know I'm right.

I will tell you how beautiful you look

even when you just rolled out of bed.

I will say that I miss you

even if I just saw you yesterday.

I will drive five hours to see you

even if you are feeling the slightest bit of loneliness.

I will tickle you when you least expect it

even though you hate to be tickled.

I will tell you how lucky I am to have you

even if I have said it over a million times.

I will bring you sunflowers

even when they are out of season.

I will cook your favorite meal

even if I am not the best chef.

I will hold your hand

even if you have sweaty palms.

I will ride the highest roller coster for you

even though I am afraid of heights.

I will I love you more

even when you say you love me most.

I will pick up your call in the middle

even if it was just a bad dream

I will take comfort when you are sick

even if you are throwing up.

I will protect you from anything

even if it is just a small spider.

And even when we are old and gray

I will still let you know how much you mean to me.

Why?

It’s all because I love you.
