It's All In The Eyes

At first glance,

She's just a girl.

Look closer, and

You'll see

The bags underneath her eyes

From sleepless nights

stressing over school

and stupid boys

From sleepless nights

too excited for the next day to come

texting that special one

Her eyes,

They tell a story.

Her story.

But she's ashamed

She wants to hide it.

Bags are ugly

No one likes having bags.
