It's All in My Head

A world without color or intensity or glow,

is a world of plainness and simplicity.

But if you try and try with all your might,

you’ll forget about your every woe.

Through the darkest of times,

into the lightest of days,

it’s been there in all its

abundance of rays.

From the colors of the rainbow;

blues, greens and reds.

To the angles of every shape,

that have been formed in my head.

It’s comfort when all that seems is empty,

and all that seems is absurd,

Keeps me sane and glowing in my imaginary world.
