It's all up to you

It’s all up to you, the whisper of a promise,

A hidden potential, a hit with no miss.

We are told what to believe, what is right and wrong,

We are fed stories about what used to go on.

Imagine, what it would be like, if we could rewrite it ourselves.

The mistakes we would make may be unparalleled,

But the glory, oh the glory

That may come to pass,

If we were allowed to make our own past.

It’s all up to you, they smile at me

It’s up to you, to find the key,

Unlock the door, and step into

A place where you are free.
