It's Black and White, Until I Write
It’s black and white
Until I begin to write
I feel abandoned in my reality
I write because it helps me to breathe
Writing because sometimes I have to create my own story
Writing because it helps me keep my sanity
Without it it’s like I’m drowning while everyone around me is breathing
No rules, no mistakes, no grieving
It’s black and white
Until I begin to write
I create my own reality my own truth
It’s all about me, not about you
