It's cold outside

It’s cold outside…but with you here, only my physical body is cold

Your smell, although I can not name the scent, tells me that it’s you and not my imagination

Just to glance at you makes me smile

And the touch of you barely brushing against me

Gives me a sense of security…

What’s going to happen in the future when we split…

Oh…how I dread those days!!!!

You are one of the few lucky people who can truly say they are my best friend

But you’re more special than that

You are not one of the few among many I trust

You are the only one.

I don’t know how

I don’t know when

I don’t know why I let you in

But all I do know is from the moment we met

You stole my heart

I will claim you stole it

Even if in reality, I gave it

Because I will not be able to live with myself if you break my unbroken heart.

Please understand my reasoning

I can’t keep hiding in the shadows

You mean more to me than my own life

If it was necessary I would risk my life to save you

Even if it’s impossible

You don’t love from your heart

You love with everything

The heart is only the start

When you really love someone

Then your brain has admitted defeat

And has allow you to make yourself vulnerable

So you will fall and that person has the chance to catch you
