It's Fine

Take a deep breath everything is gonna be okay…

But what if it’s not she thinks to herself.

No one’s here for me because I’ve pushed them all away.

She too scared to talk about her feelings because she scared of the outcome.

But she just wants to know why she feels this way. It has been like this forever.

Trapped in her own head screaming so loud, but no one can hear her cry.

Is this normal??

To feel the constant pain of emptiness?

But it’s fine, her life will go on and she’ll fake a smile and act like everything’s okay.

Because in reality she has to make everything okay, she doesn’t want people to think they have to make her feel happy.

It’ll all be okay she says to herself every night.
