It's Hard

It’s hard to be happy when life is so sad.

It’s hard to be glad when everyone’s mad.

It’s hard to love when there’s no one to trust.

It’s hard to hug, when no arms reach out for us.

It’s hard to give when everyone wants.

It’s hard to befriend when everyone taunts.

Life’s hard sometimes.

I stated that in this rhyme.

Keep a smile on your face

And pray near the fireplace
