It's Impossible
A student, a daughter, a sister, a girlfriend, an employee
I am struggling
I am stressed
I am upset
Schools expect too much out of students
The idea of graduating college stable is unrealistic
Students graduate mentally unstable, financially unstable
It's impossible
"You'll be okay"
They say
"Everything will be fine"
They say
But, how do colleges expect students
To pay off their ridiculous loans
Working minimum wage
For only a maximum of 20 hours a week?
A student can't maintain good grades,
A social life,
A job,
Or a reasonable amount of sleep throughout the week
They will graduate
They will graduate with loans
They will graduate with a degree that might not do them any good
They will graduate with no idea as to what to do
But at least they can say they
Spent all of that money to get a degree
They can have a degree
That they won't use in the future
I am struggling
I am stressed
I am upset
It's impossible
