Its Just A Sick Obsession

I have cuts up and down my arms

I know its not healthy

But I can't change the way it makes me feel

I love how my heart races

As blood runs down on the bathroom tiles

When I feel that little tingle

I know its real

The feel of metal on skin

Is enough to make me do it again

Its crazy to think that just a few little cuts can feel so good

People tell me to stop

Its not that easy

I have been doing this for seven years

When people ask why I do it

I have to tell them

Its just a sick obsession
