it's love, isn't it?

wrap your arms around my waist

keep your hands around my throat

take my freedom and my heart

because baby i can't keep up with these

hurricanes of emotion and hurricanes

of you and your entrancing voice

pull me in and pull in every part

of my disconnected existance

and keep trying to piece me together

because i swear this never ending

bad day goes away when i'm with you

and that we'll get there someday

because you make me want to be

but you want me to be next to you

and i want to be needed by you

so steal all of the stars in my eyes

because darling i know you

love every last constellation

and keep me close to you even

when i push you away because i

only ever want to be closer
