It's my turn

They came to a New Land In search for a better future With them, only the necessities and nothing more They left everything in their Native Land Their family, friends, memories and dreams They gave up everything They left as adolescents and suddenly arrived as adults in the New Land I am referring to my mom and dad My mom and dad mean the world to me Even though I might not show them love all the time I truly love them with all my heart Now it's time to return the love I want them to enjoy their life now They have done enough for me Now it's my turn
