I wish, but i can't 

im not you 

and this poem it speaks to you 

you'll understand because i wrote it 

because I felt it 

because I meant it when i wrote it 

because you felt it

as i said these words

you'll understand because it's not just poetry 

it's poetry

even if i wanted to i couldn"t 

i'm not you

and tears will come from my eyes

I hope you know why I can't 

I can't explain why poetry is so important

because only you will know when you write it 

you'll feel your heart move as your mind create 

and your emothion overwhelm you with the truth 

as I say these words

you feel it now 

while your reading it

you hear it now 

so maybe

maybe I can 

and it would be innapropiate for me to only call this poetry 

when its not just poetry

its your sister 

your brother

your mom

your dad

its all of us
