IT'S NOT TRUE

They told you that you are worthless

That you're nobody

That you're  ugly

You're fat, unloved, unwanted

These are untrue

I know right now you're telling yourself it is true

But please read on

I'll explain everything to you

These hurtful lies were planted, embedded in your head

You learned to believe and hold on to them

They were all you know

But it's not true

You are worth something, worth more

You are somebody to someone special

You're one of the most beautiful people to walk the earth

You're perfect, you're wanted, you're loved

To somebody, someday, you will be everything

You will be their world

And it's then you'll understand

That those lies were untrue
