It's Ok


Once there was a girl who really didn’t know

You don’t have to be made of metal in order to be called a hoe

In front of faces had much smiling playsets

In silence though had much frowning bracelets.

In order to be, could not even see, the frosted glass right in front of me

In order to be ok, poetry made me say

Life isn’t so bad when I can rhyme booty with patootie
