You should know its okay to cry.

Feelings don’t tend to just pass on by.

If you think that’s the case, I’ll call you a fool.

You’ll drown yourself in an emotional pool.

It’s unfair to your soul to hold it all in;

That wall you’ve built will begin to wear thin.

So, I’m telling you now, let the tears roll.

They will leave your mind clear, and your cheeks, cool.

Keep in mind, please, that you are only human,

And our hearts can only bear so much.
