Its a shame

Its a shame how innocent people are dying

Its a shame how innocant people are constantly crying

When I think about violence it brings a tear to my eye 

Violence is the reason my dad had to die 

All it takes is one bullet from a gun

Now my grandma saying "Violence killed my son"

Its a shame how some people my age even passed away 

They planned a good future but couldnt even live to see the next day 

Its a shame how innocent people are dying and families are crying 

When will it be an end to all this violence?
