It's time for change

It's time for a change, there's no doubt about it.

Every day the world tears itself apart bit by bit.

People are hungry, people don't care

Theres so much hate and so much despair.

Why can't we all just be happy?

Why must we go to war and make the world so crappy?

To feel such pain that could be sustained.

Children will form our society, they need to be better trained.

What happened to the hugs and kisses when we were little?

To the innocent voices, our thoughts so brittle.

How do some grow up so wrong,

With hate in their hearts that doesn't belong.

How could one hurt another?

We should treat each other like sisters and brothers.

We should take what we need and no more.

We need to change otherwise our home won't be livable anymore.
