Its tough, but you are forever loved.

When I was eight years old, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder

I was stuck

I was lost

I was hurt

I struggled with who I could trust

I wanted to die

until the day

the day where it all changed

I was free

I found hope

I was alive

For there is no better joy then realizing

I am not alone

and I am loved

I made a friend

she taught me to trust

to hope

to dream

she taught me that all is possible

I just had to believe

believe in my self

trust my self

I was loved by my parents,

but I never really believed that

I felt alone

but she taught me a way

a way to be free

Sadly my dear friend moved away but I always remember

I will always be loved
