It's Us as Individuals
Seems that all we do- is complain
We see the flaws of our world- our home
Bark and bark- but our bites are restrained
Pollution, crime, freedom, trademarks, absurd law- we all loathe
Yet- we do not rise to fight!!
Why do the intellectuals fear such?
Why must the manipulated take our light?
We shut our mouth far too much
Desire is- solar panels, parks, and our eco-friendly unity of the forest
Letters, strikes, marches- they wont listen
The individuals are ignored- larger quantity- where'st?
It's us- isn't it- that is not mistaken
Crime is inevitable
However, it's no excuse to limit our freedom
We have our rights, we must not be so dependable
Learn to be strong- As one- Our asylum
All these food stamp
Government lending a hand- ARE WE WEAK?!
NEIGH- Learn to survive- make our tramp
This is the truth I speak
Inferior humans that get pregnant early- such folly
Value the power of education
You sicken me if you take 'vantage of society daily
You bring us damnation!!
Why is it money is the heart of our world?
Take and take all from the Earth
Trademarks on every- tainted minds that churned
Dying a money-greed hearse
We kill for our food- please- make it humane
All connected to each other
Thank the Earth for what they given- remember their name
I tear seeing the pains of my sisters and brothers
This endless war
Never for help or care- but selfish acts
That purpose I much abhor
Never attempted equality and leave-be, cruel facts
Our power is limitless- choosing only to stay quiet
hope- a belief that one will rise
Can not rely on others to make riots
Do you not see we are larger in size?
Stop the blame, stop this game
It was never them but us
The individuals are forsaken and tamed
Snap out of it- make some ruckus
As soon as the individuals gain courage- we are late
Our voice, our words, are actions they WILL not take
For our home and our generations- make haste
Contradictory- it's never too late.
