It’s Not Loving Yourself

All this talk about loving yourself, why love yourself?

You aren’t going to be the same person that you were today as you’re going to be tomorrow.

That’s like loving a new person everyday for the rest of your life.

Everyday something changes within you,

Something will alternate about you,

In a split second a decision that the change will act on happens.

Why do you think it’s so hard to love yourself when you become a newer person with every waking moment?

I am a lover of heart breaking, dried tears on the pages type of poetry. On the other hand, I won’t hesitate to throw a book across the room if the main character dies in one of my fantasy books. I’m a reader of romance, WW2 nonfiction, and fantasy. I hope my writing takes me to a path I dream of walking on.
