I've Always Been..

I've always been healthy, in that way, been wealthy. But lately I feel different, a perpetual ache that will not relent. I notice the bad things, and the pain inside me sings. When I wake up each day, to get out of bed..I must find a way. I'v always been happy, and always a little sappy. But lately I'm so sad, When did things go so bad? I am loved by my family and friends, but that love always seems to bend. I've always had food on the table, but lately, to eat, I am not able. I've always known I would go far, but now I feel like I'm stuck in tar. I 've always been who they want to see. I guess now, I just want to be me.
