I've been hurt a lot

I've been hurt a lot of times by people I thought good

I've been hurt so many times I fear my heart is wood

The people who have wronged me

The people who have pryed

The people I care most about I forgive, forget inside

The people I still can't forget

These people had a power

They for purpose lessed me to point I feared, cried and cower

Who gave them such ability,

Who gave them such a place

I myself had given them to tare apart, deface

I hope one day to worry not

I hope to gain my voice

I want to be that strong woman who is not left devoit
