I've wanted to cry for

I've wanted to cry for so long but my eyes won't let my tears fall they're to strong and I'm blind to all my wrongs I did a lot of things i wish I never said Rather I shouldn't have said the things that i always did Thoughts of you always occupy my head When I'm alone but not alone in my bed I can't stand to see different faces in the morning Because images of yours got me mourning My image has always been distorted But you look at me as if God restored it

Wow. This poem, despite being only 11 lines long, tells the emotional story of two lovers. You've left just enough up to the imagination of the reader without losing the structure of the poem. This poem is like an empty glass cup and the reader's life experience is what will go inside-- you have told the story using emotions and detail, yet have left enough room for the reader to understand the poem using their own life experience. Good job!
