I’m Looking at Her

I’m looking at her and she is looking at him

And I wonder why she is not looking at me

I see her carefully crafted clay wiped skin

How it matches my metal crust covered coating…

I wonder what kind of layer she sees in him

Maybe his skin is covered in crystal wiped porcelain

The kind that makes her clear doe- eyes appear lidded

I’m looking at her and she is looking at him

And I show her how cute my shy-smile can be

But that still doesn’t get her attention off him

Then she gave her confident, well-structured smile to him

It honestly fits mine, or sadly deserves his

Maybe his smile made the corner of his eyes crinkle,

She kinda finds comfort in that, just maybe

So she’s looking at him and I’m looking at her

I see how her arched eyebrows compliment her eyes when she stares at him

I see her curvaceous body carefully placed for my display

Or maybe his; But I wonder, what’s in Him?

What does she see in him…?

That my clean Trim-shaved chin does not impress her

That my educated posture does not make her feel enlightened

I’m looking at her, and she is looking at him

That alone makes me jealous of him

Jealous because my athletic body doesn’t make her feel fit

Not enough to make her want to tag along for a crosstalk jog

Or… Is it because my abs doesn’t give her goosebumps?

Maybe my broad-masculine chest isn’t soft for her small round head

Or maybe she wants it more hairy than it already is

She is looking at him and I’m looking at him

All I see is a reflection of her looking at me

Just us two… and I thought

Maybe my reflection made her too weak to turn

Maybe this is my chance to repeatedly ask if she is single

Even after she tells me she is, because I just want to be sure

Now I’m looking and her, and she is looking at me…

And she can’t breathe out…

I can’t breathe in….
