Jack of All Trades, But Master of None

Expectations

From who? Dad? Mom? or Teachers?

True, I should meet them but do they matter in the end?

My mom askes me: "How did you do on the math test?" "A B," I reply

My dad askes me: "How did you do in PE?" "A B," I reply

My teacher hands me back my biology test and gives me a weak smile

I look at the paper, a B

Yes, I am a jack of all trade, master of none

My B's tells the story

My head is filled with information that I hardly use

I store them for a while and a few days later they are out

If I was a bird flying in the sky

I would be the one that does not fly too high or too low

My average wings will only stay in the middle

But what of it?

I am in the safest position

Those who fly too high will be beaten by the sun

Those who fly too low will be hunted by shooters

For I am the in the safest position, the middle

For I am the jack of all trade but master of none
