Jacques DeMolay
Jacques DeMolay
Last Grand Master of The Templar Knights
Another forgotten Martyr
Back broken on the rack
burned upon a fire stack
men, women, and children alike
flocked to The Isle
to gather the martyrs ashes
So, I hold ever before me
as a glorious example
the heroic fidelity
of the last Grand Master
He gave his life
in a torturous way
rather than betray
the knights he knew as brothers
