"Jazzy Licks"

Hear em' shots from da Trumps n' Saxes?
How bout' the drops of the Basses' beats?
Whata' bout' the Piano's keys swarming down
on Us?
It's like a floetic warfare,
but no1 died 2day. Nope, no cries
but of laughter. No defensive jitters Here,
just folks doin' da jitterbug
amongst these jazzy licks.
There be a large group of folks
from all da colors:
Some black n' white...
Some brown n' yellow..}We got em' all!
Some blue n' red...
The only shots let off are from
da Trumps n' Saxes.
The only thing dropping are
da' Bassess beats.
The only thing swarming down on Us are
da' Piano's keys
n' dis floetic warfare.
Where no1 dies 2day. Nope, no cries
but of laughter. No defensive jitters Here,
just folks doin da jitterbug
amongst these jazzy licks.

Alibi Sworn

“A Preamble” By Alibi Sworn-- I lay here mentally far from rest since my over-active imagination, once again, began to infest. Still, I cannot stay- moving to and fro with wave-like turns from night to day. Ideas upon ideas race to ignite the spark of creativity that will highly burn, but never die down or slow down. I combine my arm to pen, the bridge to my dreams that will visually and verbally manifest like all the rest. Though my mind's eye prevents me from seeing the world completely dreary, again, there is little to no sleep for the weary. ~~ Website: http://nirvana-realm.webs.com/
