Jazzy Ways

Fresh and clear with a desire to aspire.

There's not much that I aquire,

Sing Aaliyah to make me feel on top but I ain't in a choir.

Just like to have some fun under the sun,

While all my mind seems to do is get spun,

I trip on my brain's train as it goes for a run.

I never give up even when I think I'm done,

Cause I always ask myself in the mirror if that's that best I could have done.

Everyday it's a newborn style,

Cause I haven't heard different in a while.

I'm an introvert, I just listen and smile,

Knowing damn well every story glistens like blood in a vile.

At times you have to let it all out or it'll rot up in a pile.
