Jealousy

the devil's hand wraps around its prey

and slices through the gut

it grabs the spleen

and jerks between

the heart and splits it up

it makes you cringe

and makes you cry

while it dances through the night

it's having fun, you see

getting drunk on envy and spite

you wonder why it hurts so bad

that never ending pain

the devil's hand it grabs you hard

then looks the other way
