Jester

I dance, I smile, I joke, I laugh, Much too much, says the Elderly Staff, Graveness is buried in my graveyard along with the will to care, Call life a system because like all systems, life’s unfair, Never stay seated in a quiet room, Make an ass of all who assume, Defeat all the mightiest kings in a game of chess, Visited a highly organized Corp, and gee what a mess, Rate the cruelty of Nature's destruction a 20 from a scale of 1-10, Question are all men weapons or all weapons men? Describe the road to hell as a most enjoyable trip, Form the tragic events in history into a funny comic strip, Recreate the face of Pride with all sorts of funny features, Recommend the insane to be our wisdom teachers, Call all soldiers pointless and Uncle Sam a coward, Restate the violent actions our safe nation has empowered, Claim that it’s more frightening to live among people than specters, Make silly noises when the drunk preach lectures, Gently make it over the Black Sea then almost die in quicksand, Barely survived the bombing over the Holy Land, Turn the burnt TV on for the unfit youth and make the old people stretch, Laugh at whoever calls fate an artist because our lives are just a sketch, Send Santa a shredder for Christmas so he can shred the ignored letters, Give a better excuse for the beggar so he can beg a little better, Draw the type of clocks from over the ages when asked to picture time, Fall asleep when hearing a moralistic nursery rhyme, Brutally hurt and torment all who don’t play fair, Backstab and get backstabbed by my fellow trustier, Rudely shout at the late night bums that trample, Protest against alcohol using the same example, Sue my offender and fairly expect resulting bliss, But stomp out of the court with only a quarter of justice, Raise a rainbow colored flag beside the Republican reps, Explain how to be direct with dummies, in infinite simple steps, During every card game always end up left with the Ace of Spades, Teach the little kids what a kidnapper does through Charades. Proudly become the business of Shenanigans’ number one client, Have a nice tea party with the fearsome giant. Rock an afro bar with Scandinavian funk, Breakdance to a booming stereo with Tibetan Monks. Send my enemies love with invalid stamps, Scold the youths to stop cheating on their vamps, Then eventually get casted out of the current town, And have my face on a wanted poster under "The Misfit Clown," Just can’t seem to stop the fun, I just try to get people to lighten up, But no one listens to me, to all I apparently pester, Just a nuisance to both reality and society, no one likes a jester. It's just too sad, no one can understand humor like I can, Detested by all, but Irony's my number fan. They all take everything too seriously, But life is just a joke, and so is the Elderly staff, So can't we all just dance, smile, joke and laugh?
