Jo

We swore friends til death. Rest in peace, that's been put to rest. Memories from playground games, should I laugh or feel the pain? Shining, smiling, talking in the crowds. Imperfect yet perfect, Our heads lost in the clouds. An emptying hourglass, little in the sands of time. Death toll for our friendship covered by twinkling chimes. Disguised by humor, grace, a friendly face, New to the game but won the race. Never did I expect you'd walk away; I haven't forgotten up til this very day. A glance, a wave, a casual "Hey". I wish things could have stayed the same.e)
