A Job is Just a Job

A job is just that, a job.

You do it to make money,

And go back home.

A career is something more.

You do it to make money,

But do not go back home.

A career is a second home.

You work to be happy,

And do not mind staying late.

A career is a part of you.

You cannot imagine your life without it,

And never really retire.

A career is not a job.

You never feel like you are working,

But still make money each day.

A job can be a career.

You can fall in love with your job,

And turn it into something more.
